Sweat is where rhythm meets results. These dance-centered classes transform cardio into a high-energy experience across a variety of styles, including Hip-Hop, Bollywood, Belly Dance, and Latin Fusion.
Following the latest social media dance challenges and trends, our classes teach participants choreography while boosting their cardiovascular fitness. We will allow for sharing of our reels on social media so our dancers can highlight their achievements.
Flow is the essential counterpoint to our high-intensity training. These sessions provide a strategic balance to our Strength and Sweat pillars, focusing on core strength, muscle recovery, and flexibility.
